Torrenueva Playa has one of the best beaches and has been awarded one of the few Blue flags for its beaches on the Costa del Sol. It is perched on the outskirts of the sleepy fishing village La Cala de Mijas, which is now more vibrant as it now attracts international tourism hosting many festivals and events all year round as well as 2 weeks markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Torrenueva is literally a 10-15 minute walk from these Luxury beach apartments.

The community itself is a gated complex with private parking, security, tropical gardens, swimming pool and childrens pool, BBQ zone adjacent to the waters edge, sunbeds and umbrellas. Additionally and most importantly, it has direct access to the beach.

If you like rocks and disovering the sealife that lives among the rocks, you can discover this aspect on your door step, and as you turn left , between the apartments and the village is a 2km stretch of golden sand and a variety of beach bars and restaurants.

Prices vary depending upon the time of year and the actual apartment. Those that have undergone a refurbishment are slightly more expensive but the services and quality is justifyable for the price that you pay.
